    Requesting Update on Thread...

Asked by MaidCrew on February 14, 2017 at 12:31 PM

    Hey Folks,

Is there any update on this thread?

    https://www.jotform.com/answers/456876-Feature-Request-Stripe-Integration-Receive-an-alert-when-a-recurring-payment-has-failed-on-Stripe-

Is the "Answered by NeilVicente on October 31, 2015 at 12:57 AM" (third comment from the bottom) still the most relevant info or solution to the original question of how to be notified of payment failure?

I am new to Stripe and don't know don't know enough about them to know if they've enhanced their back-end systems with payment failure notifications when processing is passed through 3rd party like JotForm.

    Thanks in advance!

I checked the thread URL you posted and last post from NeilVicente was:

"Sorry for this very late reply. I am not sure if you already came up with your own solution, but if not, here's a simple script that sends a notification email to your address of choice containing the customer's ID and the amount due.

If you are going to use this script and you need help on making it work, please let us know.". You can actually check in that thread as well, the thread is public.

The feature is resolved which you can actually check in that thread as well, the thread is public.

If I misunderstood your question please let us know.

    Thank you!
