How to switch from Jotform V.3 to V.4 (or viceversa)?

There was a survey that asked if I liked the new jotform 4.0,  I said I liked the old one better.  Now I don't get jotform 4.0 anymore.  I would like to start using it because I want the great new features you offer with it.

Please switch my account back to the jotform 4.0.
