I received an email saying my jotform is disabled, but i have not used all my submissions? Can you please fix this?

I checked your account and you're over limit. You have reached the submission limit of 100. You currently have 101 submissions. To fix this, either you upgrade your account to increase your submission limit or wait for the monthly reset that happens every first day of the month.
