How to setup the order form?

I may have totally botched this t-shirt order form.  Have not published changes yet.  Still trying to get updates correct.

When ordering the T-Shirts and Hoodies I am trying to figure out a simple way for them to order a specific quantity and for it to calculate for me.

Example:

Order 2 or more T Shirts on the same form, like 2 small or 1 small and 1 large, and for it to calcalate automatically.

And a simple way to give a $5 discount for an individual item.

I see you are using custom dropdown fields and a calculation widget for your order form. If you want to also calculate the price based on the number of items selected, you can add new dropdown fields for each product where the user can select the amount of items.

Then setup your calculation widget so that the item will be multiplied by the amount selected.

With regards to discounts, you can also add another textbox and another calculation field. Setup a condition for the calculation field so that if they entered a specific word, the discount will be calculated. Then subtract the calculated discount in your "Payment Amount" field.

Thanks for the wonder info ...... but somehow in the process I have removed the entire calculation for the items I just built. Payment amount should be calculating but I have lost all of the items from before and the new ones. They are still on the form, just not adding in the payment box .....
I cannot find out what I did wrong???

You can view the revisions you have made on your form and you can revert to the version you want. Please see this guide on How to view form revision history.
