SalesForce Integration: create a ticket(task) on an account in salesforce with each submission.

I would like to be able to add a task in salesforce with information from a jot form, is that possible?

If that is not possible, can I create a custom object attached to my accounts then send information there? I tried to do that but can only get the Account, Contact, and Lead options to show up.

Can you please provide us more detail about the task in Salesforce you would like to add? Currently integration supports Account, Contact and Lead only. However, if you would like to map fields, it is possible with the Salesforce integration. You can map fields you want as long it is supported by the integration.

If you need further assistance, please let us know.
    Regards

Essentially I want to create a ticket(task) on an account in salesforce with each submission. I want a new item attached to an account each time instead of just updating information.

The current integration does not have the feature to create tasks. I have forwarded a request on your behalf to our back-end team. This request can be approved or declined, and if it is approved, there is no estimated time-frame for an implementation.

If this gets implemented, you will be notified via this thread. Open a new thread if you need anything else, we will be glad to assist you.
