I've created a jotform that is supposed to redirect users to Paypal upon submission. I've created the necessary PayPal button, and copied and pasted the HTML code for the button into the Jotform "Redirect to External Link" box, but when I submit my form, I receive an error message telling me:

    This site can’t be reached

%3Cform%20action%3D%22https’s server DNS address could not be found.

    DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

    What am I doing wrong?

I cloned your form (https://form.jotform.com/70436567307156 ) and did a test submit to the form. I was redirected to PayPal Page upon submitting your form without any issues.

If your form is embedded to a website, can you please provide us the site's link so that we can further check?

Have you tried using an iFrame embed method? If not yet, we recommend users to embed their form using the iFrame method to solve the script issues between the form and the site. Here's a guide on Getting the form iFrame code.

If issue still persists, please let us know.

Thanks for your reply. After submitting my inquiry to you, I realized that the problem was actually that my mail server was blocking emails coming to me from both JotForm and PayPal. Once I got that corrected, I was able to activate my PayPal account and confirm my email for JotForm, and at that point things started to work for me!
