    SEVERAL QUESTIONS about this now.....

When I click submit on my forms on my site, I get the email notification to all BUT ONE of my email recipients all of a sudden... Nothing goes to the email address that is for verizon.net

    this worked fine for years....

When I logged into the jotofrm site today there was a mention that that email adress ws going to a "bounce" list and I needed to remove it from  that.... which I did... TWICE

    What is going on

Apologies for the inconvenience. I see you already have two other threads opened with the same concern about email alerts. You can check their replies here:

Please note that an email address is ending up in our bounce list if the recipient or your email provider refuses to receive the email we are sending. It is also possible that they are blocking our domain or IP addresses. This means that Verizon might be blocking incoming emails from us. Or you spam filter might have a strict implementation.

Even if you remove your email address in our bounce list, we cannot guarantee that your email provider will not block us again and the problem may occur again. To avoid being added in the bounce list, I suggest checking the following guides:

How to prevent bounce related email issues: https://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues

Ask your IT team or your email provider to whitelist us, here's a guide with the domains and IP address range that needs whitelisting in their end: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

To view your form's email history and to know which ones failed, you can check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History

To manually remove an email address in the bounce list, you can check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List

Now if you are still having issues, then the last resort would be to use your own email address as the sender for your email alerts, you'll need to set it up using your SMTP details. What happens there is that the email alert will be sent using your own email provider and not JotForm's mail server. Here's a guide on how to setup an SMTP on your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form

    I hope that helps.
