I believe you have suspended my account because I was asking for credit card information on the form. I use the form for CE Class registration. I am not running any kind of a scam. I will be more than happy to remove that request from the form, but I cannot get in to fix the problem. Please help, the form is complicated and I would hate to lose the whole thing. PLEASE HELP ME.
