Is it possible to populate customer datails from previous submission data?

a customer fills in his / her details.

2) a unique customer id is generated.

3) next time customer comes to the form, he/she uses that customer id (generated by jotform in last order) and all the details get autofilled.

If I understand your requirement correctly, you want to populate your form fields based on his previous submission. Is that correct?

Unfortunately no, it is currently not possible to populate form fields with data form any external source, previous submission of same form or from submissions of another form.
