Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement by taking advantage of a combination of our "Conditions", "Auto-responder" and "{edit-link}" features.

I would suggest you to please take a look at the following thread where I have explained this workaround step by step:  https://www.jotform.com/answers/401633

Do try it out and get back to us if you have any questions.

Thank you so much for replying back. I feel that my question is slight
different from whats there in the link. Here is my actual form
I want that I will fill in the details on page one and lock the entries and
email to tenant and s/he fills it while the entries on page 1 remain
locked. And then the completed form comes back to me.
Can you plllleeeeeeease help me on this.
    Best Regards

Unfortunately, we do not have a direct feature that does what you would like to do, however, we do have a couple of features that should allow you to setup a process flow like that. As shared by my colleague, you'll need to use Conditional logic and the edit link.

Here's another feature that you can take advantage:

    1. First, you can set some of the fields as "Read-only":

    2. Now the fields that are read-only cannot be filled, in your case, you can still fill it out by using this app: http://prepopulate.jotform.io/. Basically, we'll prepopulate the fields using the URL. You can also learn more about that in this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-Fields-to-Your-JotForm-via-URL-Parameters. You can then forward the prepopulated link to your user, however, changing the value directly on the URL will also change the one in the read-only fields.

Another thing I noticed is that you are collecting sensitive information that may be used for identity theft, please note that we are quite strict on this. Please do check our "Terms of Use" page. Violation of our terms will lead to your account being suspended, so please do review our terms.

    Thank you.
