    "Thank You" page not showing up

    Hello, by the submission of the form, the "Thank You" page is supposed to show up, but it's not.

    I've searched on the forum and in some thread it was said to change to "Redirect to external link" and then change it back to "Show a Thank You page".

    I did that but it still not working. Can someone please help me out?

    There's another thing, regarding another subject.

    I'll post it here also since it concerns my account and to avoid multiple simultaneous threads.


    I've commented and upvoted the video on YouTube to gain more submissions but it was not recognized yet. It says that it takes 48hrs to process, but it has been over +10 days now. The YouTube user is "caiom".


    Could you please check that too?

    I could not replicate the issue at my end. I landed to Thank you page after form submission

    Here is the screenshot of what I see at my end.

    I would suggest you to clear the form cache and the browser cache and check again.

    Let us know if the issue still persists.

    First of all, I would like to thank you for your attention and quick reply.

    It's weird that you couldn't replicate the issue, but it still a good sign though. I'll try a few more times in different devices to see what happens. But thank you very much anyway!

    And I also appreciate the aid given regarding the submissions, I'll wait the reply there.

    Hi ashwin_d,


    No, the form is not embedded anywhere. The only thing I did was to use the Google url shortener pointing to the direct form url, which doesn't affect nothing at all.

    I cloned your form to test it and was unable to reproduce the thank you page issue.  I also tested your copy of the form and was able to see the thank you page when my submission completed:

    Does the thank you page show when you don't use the shortened URL?

    Hi David, I tried a few times in different devices and it is working like a charm! With the shortened url and without it.

    Maybe the solution was clearing the form cache, which you have figured right the way!


    So, I think that is it. Thank you all very much for your attention and help.
