No submission on PayPal form?

    Hello,

     

    i tested my form submission. I made a payment with pay pal as part of the form. We never had the form show up on our backend. But we did get the payment. 

     

    I am just windering what I can do to make sure the form submits properly.

    Can you please provide us ID of the form you are having issues with?

    I have checked your account and you did not received any submission.

    If you received payment to your PayPal account I would suggest you to Enable IPN on your Paypal Account: https://www.jotform.com/help/276-How-to-Enable-IPN-on-your-Paypal-Account

    When was your form submitted? You received only one submission this month and I saw that you have deleted that submission. Did this happened only once?

    Also is your form embedded? If so, please provide us URL of your webpage. 

    I would suggest you to Enable IPN on your Paypal Account: https://www.jotform.com/help/276-How-to-Enable-IPN-on-your-Paypal-Account 

    You can also test your form to see if this will happen again. You can add one additional product to your form and set price to 0,01$ and make payment to see if it will go through.

    Hello,
    The payment shows up in my Pay Pal upon testing but the form does not
    submit on Jot Form. I tested without the payment function in the form and
    it worked that is why you see the deleted forms.

    Hi,

    The form https://form.jotform.com/70335777753263 titled "Bashaw Minor Ball- Registration Form 2017" does not have a PayPal payment integration on it. I checked it directly and also cloned it, it does not have any payment integration on it.

    However, this form http://www.jotform.ca/form/70234820413243 titled "PayPal Pro Payment Form" does have a payment integration on it.

    Please note that you can add only 1 payment integration on a form. Please also note that we have 3 types of PayPal integration, if you are using PayPal Pro, you must have a PayPal Pro account, it is quite different from the standard PayPal account.     Please do make sure that you are using the correct form and it has a payment integration on it.

    I know I took it off, I am having trouble getting anywhere with help as
    everytime I get a response it is just to tell me it isn't there :). I am
    just going to move forward without payment and then find a new solution for
    next year. Thank you.
