Recently, about 3 weeks ago, our forms used to register for a conference started to all go into incomplete payment. However, I am receiving payment confirmation from Paypal for the registrations. I'm not sure what is causing the two not to be linked up anymore. Can you please assist?

If you receiving payments to your PayPal account I would suggest you to Enable IPN on your Paypal Account: https://www.jotform.com/help/276-How-to-Enable-IPN-on-your-Paypal-Account
