Form not calculation properly

    Hi my form does not seem to be calculating my pricing correctly anymore?

    Under pricnciple business the prices should be:

     

    Other Sectors

    £95 Restaurant, Small Retail, Tour Guide   
    £95 Meeting/Conference Venue                                                                
    £250 Marketing Agency                  
    £250 Commercial Supplier
    £75Community Tourism Group                                                                 
    £75  Town Council

    All the conditions look right but this isn't displaying correctly on the live form any longer. It was working.

    From what I see you're experiencing some sort of issue with your form calculations not displaying even though your conditions are set up.

    I do see the mentioned form calculations where I can confirm they don't seem to be working properly so we'll take a look.

    I think what is happening here is a conflict with either the values or the conditions because I found two of them are working properly.

    Example is your first calculation for "£95 Restaurant, Small Retail, Tour Guide":

    However, with the ones that aren't working I noticed they don't add up to the correct amounts as you specified they should.

    Have you changed anything in it since this was last working? Or did this just happen today?

    Something you can try is disabling the related conditions to the calculations that aren't working then add them back one by one to test and fix them and that'll help you to figure out the culprit but, it is recommended to make a clone and test this further on that.

    An alternative, would be to revert your form to a previous version of when it was working if you made any recent changes thereafter which may help.
