Why do my team's emails keep getting added to block list?

    Hello, and thanks in advance for any help with this problem!

    My team and I have been using JotForm for several months. Our forms are set up to send notification emails to one of several people whenever a form is submitted. However, my two teammates have found that their emails have been added to the block list several times. Is there a way to permanently whitelist my coworkers' emails? Any insight into why this might be happening repeatedly?

    Unfortunately there is no way to permanently whitelist your coworkers emails.

    Also you should contact your email provider and ask them to Whitelist JotMails IP Addresses.
