Are you saying that you still cannot reset your password? Your email is not in the bounce list. The mail logs shows that you were able to receive multiple password reset emails.
Please provide more details about your issue in Internet Explorer. You can try another browser just to check if it will work or not. This will help us isolate if the issue only happens in Internet Explorer.
If possible, please provide a screenshot of the issue. Thank you.
