I used to be able to load my submissions until today.  It keeps waiting with the message "It says that it's transferring data from extjs.cachefly.net...".  Can you please advise?

Can you tell on which form this happens? I checked your account and tried some forms and I was not getting a 'transfering extjs.cachefly.net' on submissions. I was able to open submissions.
Have you tried using a different browser? Chrome, Firefox maybe? Please let us know.

I tried on different forms and they all don't work.  But specifically I am trying to access the submissions in http://www.jotform.com/?formID=21153798693465
I tried different browsers/different computer and it didn't work as well.
It was working fine just 2 days ago, no changes.  I also cleared my cache and didn't get it to work.
I read somewhere that we have to change it to https://...., but with that change, I could no longer edit my form submissions without getting that security certificate alert.

I couldn't replicate the issue on my end. Would you be able to provide us a screenshot please? I'd be glad to forward this to our developers for checking.

I tried it with another form, and it too did not work...
Can you try the following links and see if you can get submmissions from both?
Thanks for your help.

Does this happen in all forms?  Can you try visiting http://extjs.cachefly.net and see if it loads a text?  If I'm not mistaken you will need to contact your internet service provider and ask why http://extjs.cachefly.net is not loading or being blocked.
Looking forward to your response.

I tried switching to another internet line (different service provider) and now it is working again.
Just wondering why http://extjs.cachefly.net does not work with that service provider, and if there is a way to get it reset?
Thanks for your tip and advice.

There is no clear reason why you can't access the URL, aside from that sometimes other sites gets unaccessible and those uncommon sites are sometimes not being looked into until they receive a complaint from a customer or until it will be discovered.
So, as I have stated earlier, it would be best contact the ISP regarding your http://extjs.cachefly.net problem.
If you have other questions or concerns, please do let us know.

I have the same problem http://extjs.cachefly.net does not load.  I think that trying to push this on the ISP is not an acceptable answer.  You should host the script on your own domain if you truely believe that the script is not accessable.

As mention by my colleague above, you have to contact your ISP about this matter, you have to ask them to unblock http://extjs.cachefly.net if it is being block or why it is not loading.
