Hi, one of my form takes about 50 seconds to load. I have already submitted a private ticket a while ago but I got one answer and then nothing so I am creating this one as public so I hope someone can help me.

The answer from Jotform was that I should use the source code rather than embedding their script to display my form.

I understand somewhat how this could help improve speed in some cases. My problem is that the form takes forever to load on the https://form.jotform.com/{form#} URL also. I really doubt that using the source code on my website would load the form faster than loading the form on the jotform url directly.

I am very frustrated with this issue, I have spent weeks working on that form and it is not usable because it is so slow. Right now it is just a customer turn off.

When you open a thread (private or public), we recommend you to continue replying on that thread only. Please reply to the first thread you opened: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1025873

We can make that thread public if you want to.

    Hi,

I id reply on the previous thread via email but for some reason it did not post on your system. Can you please address my issue on the old thread? Problem is very much the same, the form is so slow to load that it is basically useless.
