File types are not configured correctlyAsked by censura10 on February 15, 2017 at 12:53 PM
I have added from builder upload control, but when you use it and navigate to a fiile say jpg and try and upload it gives error that only specific file extensions are alllowed but jpg is one of these and still wont upload?
I cloned your form and I found out that "File Types" is not configured properly. There should be a "space" after the comma and before the next file extension. Here's an example:
pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, csv, txt, rtf, html
Please check this user guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/29-How-to-Change-the-Allowed-File-Types-Extensions-in-the-Upload-Field.
Hope that helps. Thank you.
