Not All Submissions Being Received When Sent via JotFormAsked by CDHcpaItasca on February 15, 2017 at 12:56 PM
We have JotForm configured to send submission to email@example.com but we are not seeing all submissions even making it to our firewall.
Below are some examples of submission email addresses and the dates they were submitted on:
firstname.lastname@example.org on February 8th
email@example.com on February 7th
firstname.lastname@example.org on February 6th
email@example.com on February 3rd
We see the above were entered when we log into JotForm, but we do not see these when performing a message trace on our firewall. The only message received from firstname.lastname@example.org during that time period of Feb 3rd through the 8th is:
Please help us find out why the other submissions are not being sent out of JotForm and making it to our firewall.

According to your email history our email server is sending those emails to the email address you've mentioned above for "email@example.com".
Have you tried checking your spam folder to make sure they didn't end up there?
