Not All Submissions Being Received When Sent via JotForm

Asked by CDHcpaItasca on February 15, 2017 at 12:56 PM

We have JotForm configured to send submission to tcallam@cdhcpa.com but we are not seeing all submissions even making it to our firewall.

Below are some examples of submission email addresses and the dates they were submitted on:

    araki@veltra.com on February 8th

    godtushar@gmail.com on February 7th

    aoki.my@gmail.com on February 6th

    natsuminmix@yahoo.co.jp on February 3rd

We see the above were entered when we log into JotForm, but we do not see these when performing a message trace on our firewall. The only message received from noreply@jotform.com during that time period of Feb 3rd through the 8th is:

    Origin: 192.168.1110.150
    From: Noreply@jotform.com
    : tcallam@cdhcpa.com
: CDH Website Inquiry: Bob Froehlich
    Date: 02/08/2017 09:06 PM

Please help us find out why the other submissions are not being sent out of JotForm and making it to our firewall.

Thanks for the update about this problem involving your email notifications not arriving.

According to your email history our email server is sending those emails to the email address you've mentioned above for "tcallam@cdhcpa.com".

Have you tried checking your spam folder to make sure they didn't end up there?

Here's some additional guides that may help you more:
