How can my user edit the submitted form?

I have a client that has submitted a form my mistake before they have completed it fully.  Is there a way we can set it up so they can access the form again and resubmit when complete?

If you want the user to edit the form and submit again, you may consider generating the Edit link as shown below:

https://www.jotform.com/form.php?formID=FORM_ID&sid=SUBMISSION_ID&mode=edit

You may get the submission ID from the submissions view.

Please be noted that the edit link will always be active until the submission is deleted and the user can edit the submissions any later using the same edit link. You may also ask the user to submit the form as a new submission so that you may delete the previous wrong submission.

Many thanks but unfortunately, when I click on the link I get the message "Unfortunately, the page you were looking for could not be found. It may be temporarily unavailable, moved or no longer exists. Please check your spelling and retry."  Can you help?

Please be noted that it is required to generate the Edit link by changing the FORM_ID and SUBMISSION_ID in the URL with the respective values of the form ID and received submission ID to edit.

If you have already changed these values and receiving the error, please provide us with the URL that you have generated so that we can take a look and provide you with necessary assistance.

Sorry - I am completely lost.  To create a link the recipient can click on to access their form again where do I place the submission number and id code in the https://www.jotform.com/form.php?ormID=FORM_ID&sid=SUBMISSION_ID&mode=edit?  Is there anyone I can call to just go through it?
