Our organization email is email@example.com, which is one we've used with jot form in previous years. For some reason, it is not registering as a valid email with jot form this year.
Please advise. Additionally, I have deleted the email in my account settings and re-entered, but it continues to show as invalid.

I have checked the email address you provided and I'm able to use in the account settings as well as email wizard:
Could you please provide us a screenshot of the error you're getting?

Also, I noticed your email address was in our bounce list and I have already removed it so you can receive emails now.
