How to add Terms of service to the form?

    (1) Can I add Terms of Service section to my forms where they have to agree to them before they submit the application

    (2) What kind of field types do you have?

    You may add the Terms and conditions widget or Short Scrollable Terms widget to the form to display your terms on the form.

    What kind of field types do you have?  

    You may add any type of field type to your form from the form builder.

    We are also having hundreds of widgets with the additional functionality of the basic field types.
