Date and Time integration with salesforce.

    Having trouble merging the "Time" for your date and time field. It just sends 2:30 AM every time. Tried changing it from AM/PM to 24 hour but same results. Any ideas?

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    I checked your form and I noticed that you are using a one Date Picker with enabled time field.  Can you please try to separate it using Date Picker and Time field?

    Or please also try to use simple custom text boxes to capture the dates mentioned here in this guide: Mastering SalesForce with JotForm.

    Hi Chriistian,

    I would be willing to separate the date and time into separate fields but salesforce only has Date or Date/Time, it does not have Time by itself. According to Answer 802018 shoeman was able to pass Date/time to salesforce. Any ideas why time is being sent with incorrect values or any other suggestions?

    I have tested with a date time field in SalesForce and noticed the data is going through properly, here're some screenshots about it.

    I have set up the date format on my form based on this link: https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=000004680&type=1

    Time is being passed without any problem on my end, could you please try setting up your date time field the same way and re-integrate with your SalesForce account again. 

    I just simple added a date time field in SalesForce and mapped it from Jotform, you could also try doing the same.

    Changed the date date format as you suggested. Pushed 3 examples through. Updated time zones in both salesforce and Jotform. Each time I submitted time as 4:30 PM and salesforce imported at 9:30 AM. Any other suggestions?

    I had changed the time zone at the org level, but changing it at the user level to GMT fixed the problem. Thanks!
