Remove Logo on the top left of form #

    Jthe beare now secure by default.
    Unsecure form links will still work, but you won’t be able to share them as such from now on.

    the above form Direct Deposit W9 form has a logo on the top left hand corner that I can not get out. Will you please remove it for me?

    I tried removing the header image on both V3 and V4 builder but it seems that it can't be removed. However, I tried injecting a CSS code to your form and the header image is now removed.
