    Not receiving any emails

    Hi, Have created 2 forms and when using the "test email" function I receive nothing. Also when I have entered a form externally there is no email notification. I have checked the whitelist and double checked the junk mail settings on both a microsoft and gmail server and cannot see any reason why emails would not be going through.

    I did not notice any issue from our end, but If the issue continues, our best recommendation to avoid email bouncing issues is to use your own SMTP settings for the sender email: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
