So I just logged a question through the "contact us" link and I'm not quite sure on the timeframe to discuss my issue. I noticed on the page: https://www.jotform.com/pricing/ there is a comments about the 24/7 customer support. Would you be able to clarify that a little more perhaps? Is there a live chat function or a phone service?
