Authorize.net Integration: Payment wizard settings reverting back to original default values

    Hi I am using the Authorize.net payment wizard and it keeps defaulting back to its original settings, which include:

    1. Unverified gateway credentials (it keeps asking me to verify)

    2. Customer email address set to "none"

    3. "Use decimals" set to "yes"

    My payment gateway is fully functioning and I have processed a payment, but the setting continue to reset.  Please help!

    Based on your screenshot, it seems like you are using a mobile device to setup the form.

    I was able to replicate the problem, although in my end the "Verify" button and the "Customer Email Field" are the ones that are not staying intact when making changes. 

    I will forward this to our back-end team to have it checked and fixed. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Thanks for your help Charlie. I’m not sure if this matters, but I actually
    created the form on my laptop and have been experiencing the issues from
    there; I just filled out the support request from my phone. Thanks again
    and please let me know if there is anything else I can do on my end.

    There was indeed a bug in our new system. Thanks to your report we were able to fix it very quickly.

    The system is working as expected now.

    Is the Authorize.net widget wizard supposed to ask me to verify the gateway
    credentials each time I open it? It is keeping all the previous settings
    accurately, but the “Verify” button does not stay “verified.”

    I think that is part of the glitch as well.

    The Verified status should be done once only and should stick. It will only change if you modify the gateway credentials data.

    It was already mentioned in the bug ticket report submitted. So our developer assigned will include it in the fix.
