There seems to be something wrong with the spreadsheet integration because it doesn't update the submissions at all. I integrated the form and immediately submitted it (without making any changes to the form first). But only the submissions done before making the integration are visible in the spreadsheet.
I repeated this three times and the spreadsheet integration is always immediately broken.
What should I do? Thanks.

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
Did you make any changes to your integrated google spreadsheet column headers? Please note that editing spreadsheet column header will cause the integration to break.
I have manually tried to push the submissions to integrated google spreadsheet. can you please check your google spreadsheet and see if the missing submissions are being displayed there?
If the issue persists, I would suggest you to please remove the existing google spreadsheet integration and integrate again.
