Contact form disabling video preview

Hi,

We recently added a contact form to our site. Its working great but for some reason its disabling video preview from youtube links.

http://www.asiaexchange.org/study-abroad/study-in-lombok-indonesia/

For example here it leaves a big blank space where the video preview used to be below the apply now button. The video is still there, as I can click the space and it goes to youtube. Just the preview is not working. If I disable the form, the preview works again.

Is there any work around for the form so that it doesn't break the video preview?

I see that there is a script added to the web page below CHECK ALSO section.

This seems to be conflicting with other scripts on the web page. Please let us know if there are any JotForm is embedded on this web page. If there are no JotForms embedded on this webpage, please try removing this script from the web page code and see if that helps.
