Hello. I am trying to do a form like cellsavers.com

I have the image picker widget. I want the condition to be set

"IF MODEL IS 7 PLUS, then go to 7 plus page, then go to last steps'.

Are you referring to this form - http://www.jotform.me/form/70455536392460? You can use the Skip To/Hide Page condition to set the logic you need.

You can set the condition like this in your form.

The implementation is to hide the other pages when user selected iPhone 7 Plus in the first page. Here is a sample cloned form that you can check: https://www.jotform.com/70464389944974.

You can also clone the sample form that I have created so you can have a closer look on the setup. To clone a form, just follow the instructions provided in this article: How to Clone an Existing Form from a URL

Do let us know if you need further assistance.
    Regards.

The form will be done with 8 diffrent pages. So id want it to skip to the page .

IE. if the user selects iPhone 6s Plus, lets say thats on page 5. I want it to go to page 5 then back to "select a carrier and repair appointment.

You can only skip forward, not skip back. So, once you user has been taking to page 5, you need to make another condition to skip to the repair appoint page which should be ahead of page 5. Let us know if you need more help.
