Asked by shumski on February 16, 2017 at 05:25 AM

I got problems with my work recently. The style of upload button is reset and I have JS errors:

    element.attachEvent is not a function in  (prototype.forms.js:575)

    Please assist me. Thank you

I've checked on your problem with your upload file button not showing the correct styling due to some script errors in relation to your embedded form.

However, it looks fairly normal to me since your embedded form closely resembles your form by itself so perhaps it was a temporary problem or maybe you figured it out somehow?

Please check again and let us know if you're still seeing this problem on your end?
