Option to require clients to login to view uploaded files.

I am getting a requirement for my clients to login to jotform. Does anyone know how to fix this>

Apologies for any inconvenience. From what I understand, your clients are being asked to login to Jotform when their trying to view uploaded files to your form, is that correct?

Problem seems to be resolved after I restarted computer. Don't ask me why? It works now
