Form not working and forgot the password

    Hello,

    all of a sudden my form stopped working - no messages are delivered. I tried to log into my JotForm account, but it appears that I forgot the password. Your password reminder emails are not delivered either, while messages from other sources are received instantly. Are there currently some technical difficulties with your site, or it's just me?

    I found you seem to have figured out that it was because you ended up in our bouncelist as you mentioned in a follow up on your other thread over here:  https://www.jotform.com/answers/1068050-Form-not-working-and-forgot-the-password#2 

    We generally try to get to everyone as soon as we can in the order we receive your questions and we do apologize not getting to you sooner including any inconveniences this has caused you.

    Sorry for multiple threads, I didn't see them being published, so I may have posted more than needed. I wanted to remove them but couldn't find how. So, please feel free to make some clean up ))
