Form not working and forgot the password

    Hi,

    I have two problems: I forgot the password and the reset button sends no instructions. Also, no messages arrive from my form. Please advise.

    The reason to that was that my address somehow got on the bounce list, hence no messages were delivered.

    I got to your other thread over here where I already responded to you about this problem with your account password and email not working but, found this thread shortly thereafter even though it seems it seems you were able to get it working again.

    May I ask how did my email address wind up on the bounce list, and how can I prevent it from happening in the future?

    You are very welcome.

    Unfortunately, the exact cause isn't always known since there can be a number of reasons why it might have happened. 

    The most common reasons are something with your settings failed but could also be if your email provider has strict flagging and spam filtering algorithms to reject the emails we are sending to you and that forces you into the bouncelist on our end to stop the emails from being sent.
