    Notifier and Auto-responder email alerts are not working.

    None of the email notifications (Notifier1 & Auto Responder1) are coming through. 

    I checked all email addresses against the bounce list and we are using our own SMTP server...


    Please help.

    Hello symco,

    I did check your form and did not find any issue with that. You have configured your auto-responder and notifier correctly. I did test your form and I did receive the auto-responder email successfully. Please check the screenshot below:


    I also checked our records and found one of your email address was in our bounce list for following reasons:


    jhurst@symcoinc.com is IN 

     the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : 550 RecipientError: 550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable

    I have now removed your email address from our bounce list. I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if you receive submission emails successfully.

    Do get back to us if the issue persists.

    Thanks for your help. 

    The issue was in our email server which was blocking emails "pretending" to be from our own server coming to us.

    Everything seems to be working now.
