My account is saying its a FREE account when I've paid, its limited all my forms

My account is saying its a FREE account when I've paid, its limited all my forms and they arent appearing in websites where they always have. My account isnt due to expire until 22nd Feb and then I'd expect it to auto-renew.

I cant use any of my forms so this is really important please.

Why is noone responding to my enquiries, I rely on these forms, if I cant resolve then I'll need to find some other provider who does value my business.
