Some users can't see form submissions data

Some o users cannot see all data fields but they are visible for others

The usual reason for form submissions not showing for users and showing for others, is when the submissions data is in a US server and the user opted for his data to be on the Europe server, or vice versa.

One way to resolve this, is to consistently opt in or out of the data location option, so that everyone is on the same side with where the data is, resulting in submissions being accessible by everyone.
