Why my hidden form fields only appear in chrome for mac?

    Hi

    My colleague cannot see the hidden form fields when editing a jotform submission in any browser on her PC but i can see them in chrome for mac.

    Would you have any advice?

    Hello Derek,

    That shouldn't happen. Everything should work the same on all Browsers. What I can suggest to your colleague is to try to clear the cache of the Browser and try again. Or to try with some other Browser if she maybe has some add-on that is blocking any part of the form.
