We have a google sheets integration that CONSTANTLY has issues. Submissions come through multiple times, submissions don't move over at all, etc.
Well today a new issue surfaced.
The most common problem is periods of time when new submissions don't move from JF to Google Sheets, then after a while the integration magically fixes itself and everything is fine. The only problem is that the submissions that occurred during the "outage" never appear. To get them to appear, I have to remove the GS integration with my form, then re-add it. This creates a new google sheet, which is supposed to have ALL the submissions from our form, including any previously missing due to the outage.
yesterday another outage started. A big one. at least 20 submissions were missing.
Today I went to remove and re-add the integration to get those submissions back. Only this time, the new google sheet didn't work.
We have about 3000 submissions on this form, but on the new google sheet that was created (which is supposed to have all 3000), only 500 are showing up.
This is a huge problem, because it essentially means Jotform > Google Sheets integrations are simply broken. We're missing 10s of submissions from yesterday and this morning, and we have no way of getting them into our google sheet.

I have talked to my colleague david and he told me that our developer is currently working on issue that you reported on your other thread. Priority of your issue is raised to urgent.
