I am looking for a way to produce sign in sheets from our registration forms that would include the fields I selected for example but not necessarily complete.
First name
Last Name,
Organization
Member or Not Member
Food selection
Payment method
How much they paid
How much they owe?
Sometime we get a different person than the attendee that registers the attendee and that name seems to show up on the PayPal and
Ability to sort it be last name or organization.
Additional, is there a way to pull ALL of this information across a time frame (everyone that registered for a year?)
Thanks, Debbie A. Cannon

Hello Debbie,
The solution I could think of for your case when there is a different person than the attendee that registers is to have an additional name field for the name of the attendee, separate from the name that is set to fill up the form.
For sorting out submissions by last name or organization, an easy way to view this is by downloading the excel or CSV of your submissions. You can check this guide for more information:
https://www.jotform.com/help/44-How-to-Export-Form-Data-to-ExcelYou may also sort your submissions in a alphabetical order by last name or organization name by simply clicking the label on the grid list on the submissions page:
For pulling submissions on a specific time frame, you can do this also through the submissions page. Just click the properties icon (gear icon) on the upper part of your submissions page and then click on Time Frame. Choose Custom and a set of date fields will apepar.
If you need to know how to view the submissions page, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions
Thanks.
