Embedded form in Adobe Muse isn't displaying correctly

    We are encountering two issues with our course registration form. Note: the form's code was embedded as an iframe in Adobe Muse.

    First, there is an "unwanted" grey box that appears below the form. (See screen capture).

    Second, the form sometimes does not appear when using Edge or Firefox.

    Any assistance with resolving these issues is greatly appreciated.

    From what I currently understand you're experiencing an issue with the grey area below your form and also that your form isn't displayed when used in edge or firefox.

    I've taken a further look at this problem where I found I can see both issues on my end too.

    For the large grey gap, I'd suggest re-embedding the iframe code and adjusting the height value inside the iframe to see if that'll help to correct the problem. And doing that should also help the form show up in the other browsers properly as well.

    If for some reason this continues to be a problem just let us know so we can investigate more.

    Hello, although your suggestion removes the grey box, it did not resolve the key issue which is the form not appearing consistently in Edge and Firefox. Do you have any other suggestions? Please advise.

    Thank you for the update about this problem.

    This seems to have fixed both problems since after inspecting this issue furthermore I found on my end it is working normally in the latest version of Edge and Firefox.

    I've cleared your your form cache to see if that helps to refresh your forms for you.

    Can you try this again now to see if there's still a problem?

    According to our system it appears you are using a Mac? Is that correct?
