I currently have the 25 form package with you. I need to add new forms, but some of the forms that I am currently using I will not need at this time. Is there a way to "Deactivate" the forms I do not need to use right now so that I can add a new form and not go over my 25 forms. BUt I do not want to actually delete the unused form as I may need to increase package if I need to utilize it again.

Yes, if you set the form to "Disabled" or archive the form, it will no longer count towards your total. Only active forms count towards the total. You could have 50 forms in your account, 25 archived, 25 active and you would not be over limit.
