I have a damage claim form through jotform, since a week i have not being able to download the form every time a customer want to process it.
when i check the form i click open in a new page and i am having the i exceed my quota, but i have only 13 submissions from the 100 free.

Your account is in over limit status. Your upload space is currently at 104.94MB. Under the Free plan, you only have 100MB storage space. Please delete the submissions with uploaded files to clear your storage space. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/377-How-to-Delete-Form-Submission-Data.
