Issue with creating PDF when form has a captcha field

I am having an issue when I run CREATE PDF  it states working but it just spins and never completes. I have exited a couple of times but get the same result

I have checked this out on some of my own forms, and the Create PDF Form feature seems to be working correctly:

I have then cloned your form into my account for testing, and was able to replicate the issue with the cloned form. However, as soon as the captcha field is removed, the PDF can be successfully generated.

Please try removing the captcha field in order to generate the PDF from your form, and after the PDF is created, you may want to place the captcha field back onto your form. Please try it out and let us know how it goes. Thank you!
