    Thank you very much for the fast response and for resolving  my probem quickly.

    never the less,
    i still don’t know what has caused this suspension,
    and what to do, so it will never happen again !
     
    i have a weekly quiz in the newspaper, and i’m using jotform as the only way of answering.
    it was very embarrassing to see that the form was offline / ip band this morning.

    the most disturbing thing is, that as a premium registered user i didn’t get any email from you,
    regarding my account situation.
