Thank you very much for the fast response and for resolving my probem quickly.never the less,i still don’t know what has caused this suspension,
and what to do, so it will never happen again !
i have a weekly quiz in the newspaper, and i’m using jotform as the only way of answering.
it was very embarrassing to see that the form was offline / ip band this morning.
the most disturbing thing is, that as a premium registered user i didn’t get any email from you,
regarding my account situation.

There was a mistake, someone from our team has accidentaly suspended your account. Don't you worry as it wont happen again. Sorry.
