Adding an employee but it does not come up when I log in

    Hello,

    We had an employee who would go into the account with her own log in and password and now she cannot get in that way.
    I did not know she had set up her own log in, and she thought she had removed Karla already.
    I tried to find where you add an employee, but it does not come up when I log in now? Can I get you to set her up again to
    do this for her? How was she attached and able to log in with own info? Brenda Stutzman was her name log in was

    If you're referring to the Sub-user account, you can check if you added Brenda Stutzman to the Account Users page, here's the link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/users.

    Also, the user (Arewens42) is not in our database.
