Making a PDF out of a form.Asked by CaliforniaAITC on February 16, 2017 at 05:25 PM
I created a new form, Conference and Exhibit Supplies Information Form, and tried to make it into a PDF with a "submit" button, but it just spins and says "working". I used the path under"More" and down the list to "create PDF".
Please advise. We are trying to create a form that can be a PDF, live on someone's desktop and when they fill it out, it till then be talled on JotForm. Am I misunderstanding out this works?
I can't seem to replicate the issue on my end. I was able to create a PDF version of your form and did not get stuck on 'working'. Here's a screenshot of the downloaded PDF.
Can you please clear your browser cache and try downloading again? I would also recommend connecting to a different network.
