My clients are not receiving the auto responder after the form is completed with the edit link

    Good Evening Jotform Family,

    I created a form with 2 submission buttons because I need my Assistant to complete the 1st portion, I assess what she wrote in the notification email and then I make a decision whether I would like to accept this candidate or not. So I added an edit link in the notification email so that I can go back in and click yes or no and submit. Upon submission of the 2nd button, the email is not going to the candidate to advise them of the next steps as I envisioned.

    What am I doing wrong? Please help

    Make sure that the Send on Edit is enabled if you'd like to send an autoresponder after submitting the form via the edit link. I did this for you:

    Also, your link in the autoresponder 2 is this: https://www.jotform.com/build/70333810279151/settings/bit.ly/onawelcome. I think this isn't correct so please review.
