Form background different from the editor

I'm using this form in version 4 . In build format the form displays with a white background instead of the nominated blue #. It displays okay in preview format. As it makes it difficult to view the form please could you correct this issue for me. Thanks. Mel

I checked that form here and the form background color is white. Make sure to change the form background in the Form Designer > Form Color section.
